Next it is time to map out your goals for the season. From here Daniel will assist you in choosing a race schedule which will give you the best likelihood of accomplishing your goals. Now the only thing left to do is to train. First Daniel puts together a broad season-long plan for each of his athletes based off of their goals, race schedule, and questionnaire. Then daily workouts are sent out on a weekly basis. You record your training via an online training journal, Daniel reviews it and can make instant updates as he sees necessary. For those athletes who do not need or do not wish to pay for a coach's constant vigilance, Individualized Training Plans are available. These are multiple week training plans, designed and developed by Daniel, specific to each athlete, meant to help you reach your goals.
Initially you will fill out a questionnaire in which you will detail for Daniel your current fitness, current training, time constraints, how many weeks long you wish to have an Individualized Training Plan, any races within or at the end of the term, and your goals for the end of the term. Daniel will then take this information and design and develop an Individualized Training Plan from scratch specific to you, your needs, and your goals. Daniel does not recycle old training plans, every athlete is different and so is every Individualized Training Plan. When finished, the entire Individualized Training Plan is sent out in one email and all you have to do is follow the plan. This is a great option for those who would like daily workout objectives but do not wish to have a coach looking over their shoulder.
