- Age: 29
- Hometown: Greencastle Indiana
- Occupation: Professional Triathlete-Coach
- Years as a triathlete: On and off last 16 years. 5th year professional
- Years as a Triathlon Coach: 4th year
- Favorite Memory as a Coach:
- 2011 Muncie 70.3. The first ever Bretscher Multisport "team" race. 8 of us racing and a great team atmosphere.
- Favorite Moment as an Athlete: Riding the fastest bike split on the day and leading the inaugural Muskoka 70.3 (2008) into T2 ahead of Craig Alexander, Simon Lessing, and Richie Cunningham.
- Embarrassing Tri Moment: 2007 Muncie Endurathon. Went 3:59 and finished first in my half-iron debut. An hour after the race I found out I was assessed a 4min penalty for 'equipment misplacement' in transition. Ended up with a 4:03 official finish time and 2nd place finish.
- Favorite race: Ironman Lake Placid, Muskoka 70.3, challenging courses in general
- Fun facts: My dream job is singer in a 1970s rock n roll band
